As of Thursday 27th January 2022, face coverings are now optional, and no longer required by law in any of our branches. The safety of our staff and customers remains our top priority.

We remain open for business.

To all our customers, thank you for your patience and continued commitment. During this difficult time we are doing the utmost for the health of our employees and our customers. We are trying to operate as normally as possible but inevitably we are experiencing some disruption and some product shortages. Please do not bulk buy unnecessarily, or we may have to place limits on orders.

We are operational for local deliveries in the Surrey and Sussex area.

Delivery lead times may be longer than normal due to safety measures, so please allow for this. Online customers will see available delivery dates in the checkout. Our local delivery area is approximately 25 miles around our depot near Horsham, Sussex. You can check delivery availability with your postcode on any product page.

We are open for order collections. We operate contactless collections.

Where possible, please order online using our Click & Collect service. You can book a timed collection slot and there is no need to enter our store if you prefer not to; just call us from the car park when you arrive. Our trade counter remains open.

We are continuously taking advice from the NHS and Government websites to ensure we are doing everything possible for our employees, customers and community.
