Come along to our relaunch event for a day of FREE family fun!

Over the last couple of months, we’ve been busy preparing for some big changes here at NYEs Building Supplies. From our rebranded name and logo to the expansion of our depot with a new warehouse, we’re delighted to be able to share our fresh new look with you.

To help us celebrate this milestone, we’d like to invite you - our customers and suppliers - to join us on Saturday 18th May between 10am and 3pm for a day of free family fun.

We’ll be joined by one of the biggest celebrities in the building trade – Bob the Builder, who will be meeting guests throughout the day. Packed with entertaining activities plus tasty gourmet delights from local suppliers, there’ll be something for adults and children alike.
Our mini diggers will be available for children to explore in our designated Diggerland, along with other firm favourites including face painting and glitter tattoos, plus two unique family competitions to test your bricklaying and nail-banging skills!

We’ve also sourced some exclusive gourmet delights. On the day, we’ll be serving free NYEs pies, burgers and hot dogs, which can be washed down with a NYEs beer from the Surrey Hills Brewery or an exclusive NYEs gin cocktail blended especially for our event. Kids can enjoy some sweet treats with NYEs popcorn and candyfloss.

Take the opportunity to look around our extended depot while listening to music from our live band. We’ll also be raising money for charity with a raffle of enticing prizes, along with live giveaways over our social media platforms. The day looks set to be a community-wide effort as the 1st Shipley Scout Group will be on-hand to help assist guests on-site, and as ever our friendly team of staff will be there to show you around and answer any questions.

Our MD, Rex Nye, comments:
“We’d like to extend a warm invitation to all our customers and contacts to join us on the 18th May. It’s going to be a fantastic day for all the family with lots to see and do, as well as an opportunity to sample some tasty food and drink – to celebrate the best of our region. We hope to see you there.”
